SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although we usually deliver within 7 days of receiving your order. Ordered items are packed in accordance with accepted standards for commercial book shipments. Please ensure that your address is entered into our website correctly as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing as a result of incorrect addresses.
Postage Rates
Parcel Post (UK Only)
Standard delivery for all orders in the UK via Royal Mail. Postal insurance is not included but can be arranged if required.
First Class (UK Only)
Optional. For faster delivery.
Airmail (International)
International postage rates vary according to the weight of the book(s) you are purchasing. Our website's inbuilt postage calculator will tell you the full cost of shipping before you confirm your order. Unfortunately it is not possible to track international orders using this service.
FedEx & UPS fees (International)
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world via FedEx and UPS. Contact us for rates.
Ordering
Titles released after processing of your order will be shipped as soon as they are available, and you will be charged before dispatch. Deliveries are subject to availability. Errors in printed information may affect delivery.
Domestic deliveries are ordinarily effected within one week. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK may take from five to thirty working days, depending upon the specific destination. The ordering party assumes all risks from the point at which shipments are loaded for delivery and no later than the point at which goods are placed in the hands of the shipping agent. We must be notified in writing of non-receipt of a shipment within thirty days of the date of order.
Prices and Discounts
At the moment, this website is aimed at consumers only. Wholesale and Resellers should place orders with our Trade distributors. Sales and use taxes will be added where applicable after the order is submitted through the website. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. The price is always charged in £ UK Pounds sterling. Any currency conversion displayed is a rough translation and is a quick estimate of the true UK price. Payments may be made by credit card online, by PayPal online and by Check or Money Order sent via post.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns:
If you have received a damaged or defective product from Papadakis Publisher, or if there has been an error on the part of Papadakis Publisher with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge, postage included. Please allow for up to 21 working days for delivery. Any error with your order on our part will be fully refund. Returned products should be in saleable condition. Please note that Papadakis Publisher cannot accept returns of books purchased from third-party sellers. Instead, contact your seller directly to let them know you would like to return the book to them.

- Please include a copy of the invoice and a short note detailing the reason for return
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any)

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than USD 50.00 / GBP 40.00 / EUR 50.00.
How refunds are calculated
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.
Please note that all refunds may take up to 21 working days from the day we received the return.
